Description

The Great Neck Plaza Business Improvement District (BID) is proud to announce that the 33rd Annual United Capital Corporation AutoFest and Street Festival will be held on Sunday, October 16 (rain date Sunday, October 23) from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event will feature classic and special edition automobiles, along with live entertainment and fun events for all ages. This year's Autofest and Street Festival will showcase classic cars including a 1933 Auburn Boattale Speedster and an extremely rare Tucker #1044, one of only 51 produced worldwide.

 

Also, for the superhero enthusiasts, the original Batmobile from the 1960’s classic television show will be on display. Batman and the Joker will also be in attendance to entertain children and give attendees an authentic experience of the Batmobile in action.

 

The day-long event draws residents from Great Neck and neighboring communities to enjoy live entertainment and activities as part of the Great Neck Plaza BID’s efforts to support local businesses and foster a sense of community. Children can enjoy fun activities, including rock climbing walls, a petting zoo, carnival games, a mini ferris wheel, a rock climbing wall, a 50 foot slide and inflatable bouncers—along with great performances by live musicians.
