On Sunday, August 28th, Freeport Medical Supply, Inc. is presenting its 4th Annual Community Walk and Health Fair starting at 75th S. Main Street, Freeport, NY 11520 (Between Merrick Road and Sunrise Highway).
This event will help the American Diabetes Association (ADA) to raise donations and awareness of the impact of diabetes as well as spread the word about how physical activity and eating well can lead to a healthier life. The start time for the Walk and Health Fair is 8 AM - 4 PM.
