First Lady Betty Ford commissioned a young Frank Lazzaro as the White House Tree Decorator. For the next 12 years, he served as floral decorator during the Ford, Carter and Reagan administrations. During this presentation, you will take a photographic tour of the White House and share in his wonderful memories of working there. He will also create a silk floral design for the season to be raffled off.
