Description

Drawn exclusively from the Museum’s Collections, this dynamic exhibition exemplifies the rich diversity of cultures across West and Central Africa. Themes of protection, prestige, and masquerade are illustrated through selected masks, weapons, sculptures, textiles, and jewelry from 25 ethnic cultures.
