The Rotary Club of Seatuck Cove is starting to collect materials for their Annual Antiques & Collectibles Auction in the fall, and the club is pleased to announce its first appraisal day of the year. Anyone wishing to have items appraised can bring them to South Bay Bible Church, 578 Montauk Highway, East Moriches, NY 11940, on Saturday, April 16, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. You may bring up to five items per person, and there is a suggested donation of $5.00 per item. If the merchandise is too large to transport, please bring photos to the appraisal day.
Appraisals are conducted by a certified auction appraiser or antiques dealer. The appraised items may by consigned or donated to the auction to help raise funds for local and international charitable projects.
The Seatuck Cove Rotary will continue the appraisal days on the third Saturday of each month through August 20. Also please mark your calendar and save the date for the big, Annual Antiques & Collectibles Auction on Saturday, September 17, 2016. More details will follow.
