The Elite Corps de Ballet of Long Island is proud to announce open auditions for their 7th annual production of "The Nutcracker".
Set to the music of P.I. Tchaikovsky, this beloved holiday classic will be brought to life under the guidance of award winning choreographer Christopher Brian Nachtrab, a current professional dancer with The Sacramento Ballet. Come and see what all the excitement and magic is about!
Please arrive early for the scheduled audition, as there will be necessary paperwork to be filled out.
Please bring a recent photograph for audition files
Students should be prepared to take an age appropriate ballet/ movement/ dance class and audition for various roles.
We do our very best to cast ALL those that audition in our production!!
Proper dance attire is expected for the audition. Any color leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes & pink pointe shoes for those who have had previous pointe training.
