The National Weather Service in New York has issued a dense fog advisory...which is in effect until 10 am EDT this morning. * Locations...southern Westchester...Long Island and coastal Connecticut. * Hazards...dense fog. * Visibilities...one quarter mile or less at times. * Timing...through 10 am. * Impacts...travel will be affected from the severely reduced visibility. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to one quarter mile or less. The Fall Harvest Season is our favorite at Vineyard 48. For the Spirit of Halloween we give away a free pumpkin when you purchase a bottle of wine to take home!! We offer Award winning wine, homemade sangria, hand-rolled cigars and Long Islands Top Dj''s playing great music. On tap we offer Greenport Harbor Leaf Pile Pumpkin Ale!!! Please visit our website for further information or to make reservations which are suggested. We have hundreds of pumkins but make sure to grab yours while supplies last!!!
