Besito will be celebrating this very important holiday with the sweet comforts of traditional foods as each location prepares honorary Mexican dishes designed specifically for the holiday. Citrus marinated jumbo lump crab mixed with jalapeno and garnished with tortillas and plantain chips

2 soft corn tortillas filled with shredded braised Negra Medello short-rib baked in a chipotle cream salsa and garnished with queso chihuahua and cilantro
The Besito family will be decked out in the traditional sugar skull face painting of the holiday while traditional "ofrendas" or altars will be displayed to honor the holiday while keepsake cards educate guests on el Dia de los Muertos and celebrate all loved ones. Guests will also be treated to a special Patron XO Cafe Incendio tasting and artisan Dia de los Muertos chocolates handmade by Mayan chocolatier, Casa de Chocolates (http://www.casadechocolates.com/)
