Waters Crest is known for our award winning Cabernet Francs and it is definitely our winemakers favorite grape. Jim will teach you about Long Island terroir - discussing the Cabernet Franc grape and how it grows in comparison to other popular grape varietals. He will take you on a tasting tour comparing highly rated Long Island Cabernet Francs versus upstate NY and France.
Included will be a custom cheese and wine pairing by Chef Tom Schaudel's new and highly rated restaurant The Petulant Wino.
