Captains and Merchants Historic Walking Tour

Explore Cold Spring Harbor's 19th Century whaling past, including Captain's Row and historic Main Street shops.  Learn about our whaling past and discover the quaint homes and landmark shops along 25A.  Meet at the Whaling Museum and continue down Main Street where our guide will describe the history of shops and captain's houses.  Tour participants will receive discount coupons from local shops and take home a copy of the book Cold Spring Harbor - Rediscovering History in the Streets and Shores written by local resident Terry Walton
