The Glen Cove Carvel will be hosting their official grand opening event on Thursday, September 21 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., where there will be a balloon artist, and a guest appearance from Fudgie the Whale and a live DJ. Guests will also receive one free juinor soft serve cup or cone from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., limit one per person. Other deals include Buy on novelty pack, get one for $1.
