The historic seaport Village of Port Jefferson, Long Island, will transform into a living Dickens stage. Families from across the Northeast will gather to celebrate the beloved author for the 20th Annual Village of Port Jefferson Charles Dickens Festival.
Dozens of activities are taking place throughout the Village over this magical weekend and the streets come alive with Scrooge, Chimney Sweeps, Father Christmas, reindeer viewing, old fashioned radio show and all sounds and performers of the era. Attractions include carriage rides, a visit down East Main Street’s Dickens Alley, the spectacular Crystal Ball and Grand Finale Parade.
