On Sunday, March 10, Vine 2 Wine will be hosting a complimentary wine tasting from 1-4pm featuring Chateau de GrandchampMontagne Saint-Emilion 2009 and Bleecker California Chardonnay. The Saint-Emilion is a smooth wine with nice character and balance. All work done by hand with the sole objective of obtaining perfectly ripe and clean grapes. Triage is done in the vineyard and and the cellar. Vinified in small, temparature controlled tanks. Combination of tank and one to two year old barrels. The Chardonnay is 100% tank fermented. Without the inclusion of any oak, the incredible fruit quality is able to shine through nicely.
