Konfident Kids: Saturdays 1-2:30 p.m.
This weekly psycho-educational group focuses on building self-esteem, confidence and increasing attention and social skills in children.
Parenting 6 Week Workshop Series: Wednesdays 6:30-8 p.m.
This weekly psycho-educational group helps parents redefine parenting by exploring six major areas of awareness, knowledge and skill. Parents explore their experiences while gaining support from professionals. Certificates of completion available.
Divorce Support for Adults and Kids: Thursdays 6:30- 8 p.m.
A weekly psycho-educational support group for adults and children that addresses the emotional impact of the separation and divorce process while encouraging coping strategies.
Straight Talk for Teens: Thursdays 7-8:30 p.m.
A weekly psycho-educational support group for teens facing a variety of developmental issues.
