Your ticket gets you a 12-ounce pour of four beers from the Brewers Collective and a sample of food paired with the beer. Beers include:
Schweet — Pale wheat beer. Lightly hopped with hints of orange peel
Witchbinder — Fall seasonal gruit offering that is brewed with heirloom pumpkin (Long Island cheese pumpkin), sage and a touch of New York-grown Cascade hops.
Badman Brown — Session brown ale with a hint of chocolate malt (currently on tap at Relish)
Brand New Collaboration Beer! — Final name to be determined by an online contest; stout made with greengage plums and chilies and spices.
