Come on down to the Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center of Nassau County to view the American Jewish Committee's exhibit based on selections from the book "Exit Berlin." The exhibit will be viewable from April 20th-September 7th.
The book will be released on April 29th, in conjunction with the Holocaust Rememberance Day Observance at the Holocaust Center. Along with the exhibit will be letters written by one woman to save her family, the exhibit will provide a historical context, including background on transports to Vichy and Camp Gurs.
