Description

 The Village of Farmingdale will host a free informational event for caregivers entitled, “Preparing for the Unexpected, Are You Ready?” on Saturday, October 25 from 2pm to 4pm. A panel of experts will present information on advance directives, healthcare proxies, DNR/DNI, choosing a homecare provider, hospice, palliative care and more. Guests will have the opportunity to direction questions to the panel.
