Heaviest snow and strongest winds this morning. * Impacts...life-threatening conditions and extremely dangerous travel due to heavy snowfall and strong winds...with whiteout conditions. Many roads may become impassable. Strong winds may down power lines and tree limbs. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. Description

Don't miss out on the St. Patrick's Day Celebration held at the Old Bethpage Village Restoration. The celebration will feature music by The Sporting Paddies and The Mickey Finns, in addition to a performance by the Donny Golden School of Irish Dance. Also enjoy bagpipers and fiddlers who will be providing entertainment throughout the day. Traditional Irish food and beverages will be offered and Irish merchandise will be available for purchase at the Fairgrounds Building and the Noon Inn.
