Start your day off with this free, one-hour gentle stretching class for beginners. All poses are done standing up and are designed to improve balance and concentration. No experience is necessary. Class is held outdoors in front of the rectory at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church.
Wear comfortable clothing and rubber-soled shoes or sneakers (not sandals). We start promptly at 8 am on Saturdays. Bring a friend!
