Architect Anne Surchin will talk about other overlooked factors that continue to delegitimize the acceptability of the large home as part of the built environment. For over 30 years Anne’s practice has focused on East End residential architecture. She writes the architecture column for the Southampton/East Hampton Press, serves as the Vice Chair of the Southold Historic Preservation Commission and has co-authored the book “Houses of the Hamptons 1880-1930.”
