GM Club Steak, the latest restaurant concept of veteran George Martin Group, is now serving lunch Monday through Friday from 12 to 4 p.m. The menu includes a selection of ‘bowls, smalls plates and sandwiches,’ such as:
Poke Bowl $18
Sushi tuna cubes, cucumber, pickled pears, scallions, kale, brown rice, avocado, sesame oil and sriracha mayo
Kale & Beet Salad $12
Apple, gorgonzola, toasted walnuts, sherry vinegar-honey dressing
Crispy Calamari and Peppers $12
Garlic, lemon, parsley and cherry peppers
Burger Board $14
8-ounce exclusive proprietary blend, cave aged cheddar and sweet onion jam
Grilled Chicken $13
Cave cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion and honey mustard
Cauliflower Street Tacos $14
Three tacos with golden raisins, pepitas, queso fresco and salsa verde served on soft corn tortillas with rice and beans
In addition to the a la carte menu, a special $18 two-course prix fixe is available. The prix fixe includes a choice of chopped iceberg or Romaine salad, followed by a choice of Coulotte steak with caramelized shallots, peppercorn sauce and pomme frites; chicken paillard with arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and balsamic; buttermilk fried chicken and sweet potato waffle with sawmill gravy; or the simple fish of the day with brown rice pilaf and fresh vegetables.
