Dawnette Darden has performed on the East End for almost ten years with her band New Dawn and more recently with The Hoodoo Loungers. A powerhouse performer who has often been compared to Tina Turner. Down with Dawnette will be hosted by Dawnette who will sing with her favorite two bands New Dawn and The Hoodoo Loungers as well as with special guests Inda Eaton, Mama Lee & Rose and The Hoodoo Loungers new male singer Marvin Joshua.
The show will feature comedy by Julia Minerva, and will be presented in a fast paced style of an old fashioned TV Variety Show. Also on hand will be the amazing Danny Ximo and his RAFFA Show...who knows what celebrity might show up on the Bay Street Stage!
