Gurwin Home Care Programs are expanding out East!!!  We are affiliated with the Gurwin Jewish Nursing and Rehabilitation facility in Commack. We are sponsoring a Job Fair n Riverhead on June 28th and welcome all who are interested in joining our team.

We are seeking the following positions:

RNs per diem and full time

Certified Home Health Aides

Certified Nursing Assistants

Physical Therapists

Occupational Therapists
