Parade will be hosted by the Sayville Chamber of Commerce, a holiday parade will kick off the festivities along Main Street. Once the parade has ended, head over for some shopping along Main, where local stores will be offering holiday cheer with refreshments and entertainment. Santa’s workshop will be set up, where interactive events for children will be taking place. Characters actors will be walking around the village in attire from the Charles Dickens era, model trains will be on display, shows with marionette puppets, ice carvings and more. If that is not enough to get you into the holiday spirit, stay for the Miracle on Main which runs from 4-9, where you can see live reindeer, a hand bell choir, take part in a gingerbread contest, an outdoor movie screen will be set up to show Christmas movies and a candlelight tree lighting will cap off the night. Come on down rain or shine!
