Event Description: May is peak month for the spring bird migration on Long Island, and internationally. Search with a park ranger for neo-tropical songbirds in the fields and forests of the William Floyd Estate. We’ll be on the lookout for tanagers, thrushes, grosbeaks and warblers, to name just a few. 3 miles roundtrip. Bring insect/tick repellent and binoculars if you have them.
