Jeri Woodhouse of A Taste of the North Fork, & Certified Master Food Preserver Mark Vosburgh present This hands-on workshop which will instruct the home cook in the various methods of producing delectable jams and jellies at home using seasonal, local fruit. All materials are included and participants will leave with their own jars of jam/jelly.
