Description

Kick off International Dark Sky week at the Fire Island Lighthouse. Discover the stars and constellations above Fire Island and the value of dark night skies in nature.  Children ages 8 and up and their care givers are welcome. Park at Robert Moses State Park, Field #5 and follow the boardwalk east to meet the park rangers at that the Lighthouse. Dress for the outdoors and bring a flashlight.  Reservations Required.
