DESCRIPTION
Come spend an evening in a fun and relaxing workshop. Dina Fine and Karen Brodeur, two of the artists from the Buried Treasure Art Gallery, will be demonstrating and teaching various techniques using watercolors. We will be playing with several exciting and new techniques that you can use to create your own unique watercolor paintings.
Techniques include Salt, Wet on Wet, Bubble Wrap/Clear Plastic Wrap, Crayon/Wax Resist/Frisket, Tissue Paper, Spatter, Alcohol, Pen & Ink and more.
All materials will be provided - paper, paint, frames, etc., but please feel free to bring your own paints and brushes if you would like. You will be able to frame and take your own 5x7 paintings home to enjoy!
This workshop is intended for adults, but we welcome anybody 13 years or older that would like to learn.
