The 2015 Long Island Food Conference is Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Hofstra University. This seminal event is a forum to educate people about growing food, making healthy and sustainable food choices and incorporating broader policies and programs that affect our food sources and our communities.
The 2015 Conference will feature interactive educational workshops led by expert panelists, a riveting keynote by Stephen Ritz, exhibits from local businesses, networking opportunities and much more. We are expecting nearly 1,000 attendees including educators, farmers, advocates, policy regulators, parents, students, concerned citizens and non-profit organizations from across Long Island including Brooklyn and Queens.
