Recent research by Dale Carnegie & Associates was done initially in the US with companies of all sizes and then expanded to international scope. They found that small business needed to engage their bottom line as only 46% were partially engaged, 36% were fully engaged and 18% were actively disengaged. This means small businesses have a great opportunity to improve their bottom line by increasing engagement levels.
