Jo-ann Trianno from The Passionate Palate will be here to kick off Mardi Gras with some fantastic food! You'll learn to make a roux, a classic gumbo and some delicious beignets.

 

She'll be demonstrating how to bring that "Big Easy" flavor to spice up these cold days, and you'll receive a tasting and recipes to take home and make it on your own!
