Relax deeply into summer as you learn a new skill. Meditation fosters an internal fortitude that can be accessed during times of stress. Physicality, breath and sensation will be the focus in this seated (in chairs) meditation.
Lisa Wisel, Board Certified Movement Therapist will be your coach. Dress in comfortable clothing (bring a sweater) and a pillow and mat along if you prefer to use the floor. All age groups are welcome.
