Description

Dipamkara Meditation Center located at 301D East Main Street in Port Jefferson offers the following drop-in classes:

 
  • Tuesday evenings: 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday Soup and Serenity: 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
  • Thursday evenings: 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
  • Sunday mornings: 10:30 a.m. - noon
 
If you can't make it to Port Jeff, evening classes are also held in Holbrook on Wednesdays, Sayville on Sundays, and Bellport on Fridays. The Dipamkara main meditation center is located on New York Avenue in Huntington Village.
 
These classes are suitable for those new to meditation or more experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
