This workshop is for parents and anyone else who interacts with Millennials, including business owners, educators, employers, and co-workers, We'll discuss strategies for motivating 20 Somethings and improving communication with them. We'll explore the factors that cause these young adults to think and act differently from other generations. Most of all, we see how Gen Y is revamping the way things are done with the changes they are making in areas such as family life, transportation, education, community, work, relationships, housing and spending.
