at Miller Place Fire Department Station #2
220 Miller Place-Yaphank Road, in Miller Place
Come meet firefighters and EMTS…Explore firefighting equipment …See active demonstrations … Take home information and materials to help enhance fire prevention and fire safety awareness for everyone in the family.
Events start at 11:00 AM. We will have demonstrations from one of the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office Detection K-9s. There will be opportunities to explore specialized firefighting equipment, see firefighters at work, and take pictures with a wide variety of the vehicles!
We’re planning fire control demonstrations and it’s an opportunity to even try on some fire protection “turn out” gear!
It’s all taking place at the Miller Place Fire Department Station # 2 is at 220 Miller Place-Yaphank Road Event starts at 11:00 AM. Bring family members and friends and take the opportunity to review your “EDITH” plans (Exit Drill In The Home). Find out more about Miller Place’s fire and rescue services.
