GM Club Steak, has introduced “Monday Steak Out” to their weekly lineup of promotions. The night features a special prix fixe for just $19.95, plus tax and gratuity. Guests who choose to indulge in the menu will start with a chopped iceberg and romaine salad topped with gorgonzola, walnuts, cranberries and a sherry vinaigrette, followed by a Coulotte steak topped with caramelized shallots and a peppercorn sauce, served with pomme frites and chef’s vegetable of the day. Grilled wild salmon and chicken paillard are available as substitutions upon request.
