 Sandbar, Cold Spring Harbor’s newest seafood chic restaurant, will begin serving an “Oysters and Sparkling” special at the bar Friday, April 1. Diners may enjoy $1 Long Island oysters, complete with $12 glasses of Lessing’s Sparkling Celebration by Sparkling Pointe Winery of Southold, NY, every Monday through Friday from 4 to 7 p.m.
