Description

Kick off the New Year with a new dedication to fitness and healthy eating!  Be introduced to basic fitness skills and exercises, including stretching for flexibility and cardiovascular training, by a licensed fitness instructor. The third session will be devoted to the very important aspect of meal preparation for optimum fitness.
