Long Island Based "Ollie's Angels" which rescues abused & abandoned animals and finds them forever homes will host a family friendly music and silent fundraiser.
The event will feature a musical performance by The Bohacks (their specialty is Blues however, they also play country, soul, and rock and roll). The Bohacks have played at the annual Riverhead Blues Festival, as well as the Memphis International Blues Challenge in 2015.
Also featured is musician Finn MacDevitt, a senior at Harborfields High School who taught himself to play piano at the age of 9 and guitar at the age of 13. His guitar playing and mellow, coffee house style make him a popular favorite in Huntington Village.
Silent Auction items include: Gift certificate to Martha Clara Vineyard in Riverhead for a day of wine tasting, four Fast Passes to Walt Disney World, two tickets to John Engerman Theater in Northport, two tickets to Pole Position Raceway on Long Island, two free sessions at Acupuncture of Greenlawn, a free sessions of lessons and a birthday party at Saf-T-Swim in Commack, gift basket from Piping Rock Golf Club, gift basket from Pawfect Pet Den in Greenlawn, gift basket from Curds and Whey, a specialty wine and cheese store in Locust Valley.
Appetizers and refreshments will be served. Face painting, balloon tying, popcorn, cotton candy, and a hot dog machine will also be present.
