This hands-on workshop will instruct the home cook in the various methods of producing delectable pickles and pickle relishes at home using seasonal, local produce.
All materials are included and participants will leave with their own jars. Space limited, advance registration required, Class fee: $35/$25 museum members plus $8 materials fee. This class will be held at a commercial kitchen facility in Cutchogue, exact address provided at time of registration.
