This is the first in a planned series of exhibitions highlighting distinctive artist portfolios of prints and photographs in the HUM permanent collections; each exhibit offers rare opportunities to study portfolios in their entirety. A portfolio represents selected images that the artist intends to be viewed as a group, with clear connections between individual works. Portfolios of works by Claus Oldenberg, Roy Lichtenstein, Robert Rauschenberg and Larry Rivers are among those that will be featured in Portfolios I.
