Join us for a special preview dinner of the forthcoming Nordic restaurant n'eat, opening in New York City this September. For one-night-only Chef Gabriel Hedlund will prepare a multi-course dinner at the Montauk's iconic Surf Lodge. The multi-course tasting menu by Chef Gabriel Hedlund will feature local produce and ingredients from Bhumi Farms, Quail Hill, and Gosman's.
