Description

Join us for a special preview dinner of the forthcoming Nordic restaurant n'eat, opening in New York City this September. For one-night-only Chef Gabriel Hedlund will prepare a multi-course dinner at the Montauk's iconic Surf Lodge. The multi-course tasting menu by Chef Gabriel Hedlund will feature local produce and ingredients from Bhumi Farms, Quail Hill, and Gosman's. 

Snacks

-oysters, smoked oil and bronze fennel-

-fermented carrots and sea buck thorn -

- cured duck, pine and thyme

-lamb tartar, buckwheat, chive and borage -

-local fish, smoked onion, housemade fresh cheese and juniper-

-squid, mushroom, poached egg yolk and brown butter-
