The Arena Players Repertory Theater will reprise its production of Missouri Downs' Kosher Lutherans by popular demand for the holidays. The play will open on Friday, December 4, at the Carriage House Theater at the Suffolk County Vanderbilt Museum.
Performances will be given on Friday and Saturday at 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. through December 20th.
The story: Hannah and Franklin are a perfect couple who want to have a child of their own but are unable to do so. They have a chance encounter with a God-fearing pregnant girl from Iowa. She offers her out-of-wedlock baby for adoption, unaware that the couple is Jewish. This causes the couple to pose as Lutherans.
Tickets -- which are $20 on Friday and Sunday, and $25 on Saturday -- can be purchased through Arena Players.
