Description

Executive Chef Cheryl Stair of the premier Hamptons caterer, Art of Eating famed for her predilection toward organic and local ingredients. In celebration of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, Stair has crafted a special take-out menu, complete with breakfast items, starters, entrées, sides and dessert. Rosh Hashanah orders must be placed by Friday, September 30, and Yom Kippur by Sunday, October 9. To do so, call 631-267-2411. A sample menu items includes:

Smoked Fish Display

Smoked stable, whitefish and cold smoked salmon candy, garnished and ready to serve $6 – $35 lb.
