Every Monday night -we offer a special topic/theory to help improve your dance skills.
This week's seminar topic will be: Maximizing your dance skills and abilities.
This class will focus on how to develop strength, flexibility and balance and implement these skills into your dancing. The genres of both Salsa and Bachata will be discussed.

These series are open to people in level 2 and up.
Cost: INCLUDED in any group class package. (Each hour counts as one class).
Don't have a group class package? That's ok, everyone is welcome! Pay the drop in rate of $20 per class.
