Silo includes many programs and services such as,Transitons from a Nursing Home back into the Community, Diabetes Management, Chronic Disease Management, Community Services, A Lending Closet, Employer and Facility ADA Compliance, School Transition from Youth to Adult Services, Peer Support Groups,Benefit Counseling, Advocacy, and much more.
Independent Living Centers (ILCs) provide an array of services that assist New Yorkers with all disbilities to live fully integrated and self-directed lives. ILCs assist with all aspects of living, learning, and earning for optimum halth and uality of life.
