This workshop will give children the opportunity to deepen their understanding of Orthodox worship and allow them to participate more fully in the Divine Liturgy. Through singing, discussion, and activities, participants will learn about the service and become familiar with basic music concepts. The repertoire will consist of simple melodies and hymns that can be sung in church, as well as at home before meals, at bedtime or on other occasions. Adults may also benefit from this workshop so let your children bring you. Lunch will be provided, along with sheet music to bring home. All instructon will be in English. Walk-ins welcome.
