Social Brand Marketing Product and Operations Lead at IBM

Keith Kaplan is currently an IBMer working in New York City at IBM Studios at 51 Astor Place. He works in IBM Corporate Marketing on the Social Brand Marketing team where he oversees IBM’s corporate social brand channels. He is also involved with many programs that support IBM's Enterprise Social Strategy, such as social brand strategy, social marketing technologies, social brand standards, and employee advocacy. Before joining IBM, he worked at Mashable where he supported the Community Team in social, digital, and editorial strategy. He is a graduate of Columbia University where he received his Masters of Arts in Instructional Technology and Media.
