The Social Media Association will be hosting Social Media Day 2017 on June 29th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Baldino’s in Plainview.
In addition, the Social Media Association is happy to announce that Oyster Bay Town Councilman Louis Imbroto will be in attendance. Councilman Imbroto will be presenting the Social Media Association with a proclamation commemorating the celebration started by Mashable eight years ago.
Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram have revolutionized the way we communicate with each other. Not only does social media have the power to keep us in touch with our friends and family, it can also connect us with the world. The goal of this event is to bring together business professionals, innovators, influencers and the general public for an opportunity to connect their online networks offline, in a face-to-face setting, bringing communities closer together. Social Media Association members are a group of like-minded people who love social media and the power that it has to influence consumers, change behavior and secure buying decisions.
