Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas will offer a special Taste of Campania menu, available July 18 – July 31 at its location in the The Gallery at Westbury Plaza in Garden City, NY,

Guests are invited to take a journey through the Campania region of Italy via an expertly paired food and wine menu developed by its Executive Chef, which includes a three-course dinner along with red and white wine pairings to complement the flavors of each dish.  Campania, known for its Neapolitan-style pizza and water Buffalo’s mozzarella, also offers fertile soil that provides bountiful amounts of food and a large array of grape varietals.  The full three-course Taste of Campania menu includes:

  • Zucchini Flowers – Lightly fried ricotta-stuffed zucchini blossoms with house-made tomato sauce.
  • Neapolitan Pizza – House-made pizza dough with tomato sauce, imported Buffalo mozzarella and basil leaves finished with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
  • Parmigiana Melanzane – Traditional breaded eggplants with fresh mozzarella and house-made tomato sauce.
